Ida Isabella Bowe, 55, wife of John Bowe, of Steveston, passed away in the hospital [in] Vancouver on Saturday last. The funeral took place on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. the Rev. J. R. Munro officiating at Mountain View cemetery.
The late Mrs. Bowe was formerly of Highland Valley. She leaves to mourn her loss, besides her husband, thre brothers, Sam and Tom Kirkpatrick of Portland and Frank Kirkpatrick of Ashcroft, and one sister, Mrs. Littie McKinnon [Litta McKenna], Ashcroft. Also three sons and three daughters. She died from a parlytic stroke. |
