Notes:

William arrived at Watertown as early as 1630, but no positive evidenceof his arrival date is available. He purchased home property Mar. 15,1654/55.

William served Watertown in many capacities, including selectman, townclerk, Captain, and justice of the peace. He was admitted Freeman Oct.11, 1682, and to full communion in church Mar. 27, 1687.

He married first Feb. 7, 1649/50, at Watertown, Massachusetts to SarahBiscoe, and second in the spring of 1695 to Mrs. Elizabeth Nevison, widowof John.

William married Sarah BISCOE on 7 Feb 1650 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Sarah (daughter of Nathaniel BISCOE and Elizabeth HONOR) was born on 7 May 1626 in England; died on 15 Feb 1692 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

1. William BOND, Deacon was born on 1 Dec 1650 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts; died before 17 Dec 1725 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts.

Notes:

Thomas Bond, Son of Jonas Bond and Rose Woode. Called youngest son in hisfather's will, and given property at Woolpit. A malster at Bury St.Edmunds, his will was dated Nov. 5, 1658, and proved Mar. 10, 1659 at thePrerogative Court of Canterbury, London. In his will, Thomas names hiswife and all his known children except Francis, who may have died before1658 without children.

Thomas married Elizabeth UNKNOWN between 1615 and 1620 in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, England. Elizabeth was born between 1590 and 1595 in Suffolkshire, England; and died. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
